This customer was over-the-top drunk, started grabbing girls and cussed out the bartender (I’m a cocktail waitress). Once kicked out, he noticed someone had stolen his bicycle. He called the cops 4 times to report it, and each time the dispatcher told him he would have to report it in the morning because it was midnight on a Thursday and they don’t send police cars for petty theft at that time of night. He then decided to call 9-1-1 again, only this time he reported a brawl in the parking lot. The cops showed up, clearly there was no brawl, he started babbling about his bike, and was arrested for public intoxication and falsely reporting the brawl.
