This type of behavior is disgusting and inhumane. supports the food service worker that was attacked and will continue to stand up for anyone that has been mistreated.

  1. Jordan Richardson says:

How would they have even known if their server was gay?

  2. Knotta Biggins says:

Isn’t this “taking the Lord’s Name in vain?” Their hateful attitude is an affront to their God.

  3. bluevelvetjacket says:

This is awful, my heart goes out to the waiter and I hope he’s ok. No one should be treated like that. These people don’t represent Jesus, not in my opinion anyway. They make Christians look bad – we’re not all intolerant and prejudiced.

  4. This is so sickening. First of all, these people are cheap as hell, second, they are hypocrites, last but not least, they are clearly not Christians despite the label they wear so proudly.

  5. See…people like this make me so sad…that is NOT what all Christians are like! I promise there are a lot of these crazy idiots out there, but not all of us are this ignorant. I am sorry this happened it is inexcusable. I know their judgment of you is an affront to God. HUGS

  6. Unsure "Adult" says:

Reblogged this on Boo's & Ooo's and commented:
I want to find them and tip the triple the bill–& I am a f*$%ing Christian too!

  7. Unsure "Adult" says:

  8. If that was the case, why didn’t they ask for another waiter? I bet they deliberately seek out obviously gay people so that they don’t have to let the moths out of their wallets, the cheap, disgusting, homophobic wankers.

Hopefully next life they’ll be back as the cockroaches out back where the bins are kept!

  9. I am reminded of the folks who refuse to tip more than they tithe (10%). Seriously? God doesn’t see your money. God sees your deeds. And He is not obligated to back you up when you pretend you speak for Him. People can speak about God or to God, but no one speaks for God, which is exactly what these “Christians” do when they they judge a person based upon their own definition of “acceptable”. (Oh, and out of all the piles of documents chronicling the life of Jesus Christ, he’s not known to withhold a kindness from anyone.)

  10. How awful. This kind of crap makes me so pist. If I was there I would of went after them with my fork.

  11. Believer says:

When I read this, the only three words that came to my head were, “What the f*&ck!”. They sure preach acceptance and love to all. Thank God that He doesn’t think the same, we all have are flaws and being gay is about choosing who you want to mate, and should not define you as anything else. Being homosexual isn’t a sin, or a flaw its all about who you want to be with.

  12. I believe in treating ALL people with respect. Those hurtful people make real Christians look bad.

  13. Heather says:

I hate that pieces of shit like this make all Christians look bad.

  14. What an awful thing to do/say to someone. Any excuse not to leave a tip. Christians my ass: Assholes.

  15. floridaborne says:

I don’t go as far as to call it an “attack”. I do call it bad taste, though. People don’t leave tips for a lot of reasons.

My daughter was a server during her college years while getting her bachelor’s degree. She had a huge party to serve all night. They were there for hours and they were very demanding. She was one of the best servers at that restaurant (she has an incredible work ethic).. They used all their money for drinks and at the end of the night left her a $5 tip! She had a final exam the next day. After her terrible treatment by inconsiderate people, I make sure that any time a server gives me good service I tip 20%.

  16. buffalotompeabody says:

Interesting… He speaks for God… In reality that would be the affront. Maybe it would be better if All of these amateur theologians Would just stay home… Or at the very least, keep their opinions to themselves.

  17. Bianca says:

    ugh. that’s foul.

  18. nokindofmagic says:

I would like to continue the thought of my predecessor. From my experience… NEVER mess with the guy/girl serving you food :D:D:D

  19. sokebe says:

These people are not true Christians – I feel bad for the waiter and, were I the restaurant owner/manager and had a way to contact these jerks, I would tell them to never bring their God-fearing, homophobic selves back into my restaurant. What a joke.

  20. JW McCabe says:

Well, they are free to feel that way.. Rude.. But eh.. It’s actually funny they care so much about his life. So, he can serve them and get paid by the restaurant, which will use their money to pay his wages, but no TIP.. That’s an interesting logic pattern there.

  21. Liv says:

I agree with Kim13, incidents like this do tend to make Christians look bad. I don’t understand why people feel the need to hide behind religion to judge and disrespect others. This is not what believing in God is about.

  22. hitchens67 says:

Reblogged this on hitchens67 Atheism WOW!! Campaign and commented:
There has to BE a god to take offense to the person!

  23. Kim13 says:

It is these kind of attitudes and incidents which make all of us who follow Christ look like haters. It makes me sick. I guess they haven’t read their bibles lately, especially the parts on love and not judging others. Sigh

  24. MRS N, the Author says:

OMG! That is horrific!!!! *smh* I follow the Golden Rule: Treat others like you would like to be treated!!! Such mistreatment of another person makes me angry and that is NOT what Jesus would do!!!!
